5. Online Appointment Booking

Appointment booking requests submitted via this website are subject to availability and clinical suitability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. The practice will confirm your appointment by phone or email.

Appointment requests are not suitable for urgent or emergency matters. If you need urgent medical attention, please contact the practice by phone or attend an Emergency Department.

Cancellation Policy:

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late cancellations and non-attendance may result in a cancellation fee being applied.
• For paid appointments, refunds are issued at the practice's discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Online Services & Prescription Requests

Our online services, including prescription requests, certificate requests, and blood results queries, are available to registered patients only. Requests are reviewed by a qualified GP and processed at the practice's discretion.

• Prescription requests are for repeat prescriptions for existing medications only. New prescriptions cannot be issued online without a consultation.
• The practice reserves the right to decline any online request where it is not clinically appropriate to fulfil it remotely.
• Fees for private services are clearly stated prior to submission. Fees are non-refundable once a prescription or document has been issued.

7. Payments

Payments for private services are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store any payment card details.

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Fees are subject to change. The fee applicable at the time of booking is the fee charged.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Clanmaurice Medical Practice or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from the practice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clanmaurice Medical Practice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any online service.
